Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Apples

Wash, peel, and core the apples. Cut them into small chunks and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Cranberries

In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries with water and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.

Blending

  1. 3

    Blend the Ingredients

Once the cranberry mixture has cooled, combine it with the chopped apples and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Freezing

  1. 4

    Freeze the Sorbet

Pour the blended mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes for about 2-3 hours until it reaches a sorbet-like consistency.

  2. 5

    Scoop and Serve

Once the sorbet is frozen and fluffy, use an ice cream scoop to serve two generous scoops per serving.
