Main Ingredients

Lemon Butter Sauce

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F (190°C to 200°C).

  2. 2

    Season the Salmon

Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil and season generously with salt and black pepper.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Close the lid and grill for about 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.

  2. 4

    Flip the Salmon

Carefully flip the salmon and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it starts to foam.

  2. 6

    Add Garlic and Lemon Juice

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then stir in the lemon juice.

  3. 7

    Finish the Sauce

Remove from heat and mix in the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Salmon

Once the salmon is done, remove it from the grill and place it on a serving plate.

  2. 9

    Drizzle with Sauce

Spoon the lemon butter sauce over the grilled salmon and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
