Carefully slice the salami, prosciutto, and chorizo into thin rounds and arrange them on a large serving board.

Cut the brie, cheddar, and gorgonzola into wedges or cubes, and place them around the cured meats on the board.

In small bowls, fill with mixed olives, candied nuts, Dijon mustard, and pickles. Arrange these bowls on the cheese and meat board.
