Method
Preparation of Base

Choose Your Wine
Select either red or white wine as your base. Pour 750 ml of the chosen wine into a large pitcher.
Mixing the Sangria

Add Fruit Juices
Pour 240 ml of orange juice and 240 ml of pineapple juice into the pitcher with the wine.

Add Brandy and Sweetener
Add 120 ml of brandy and 60 ml of simple syrup to the mixture in the pitcher. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Adding Fruit Garnish

Prepare Fresh Fruit
Slice the orange, lemon, and lime into thin rounds. Add these slices to the pitcher along with 1 cup of fresh berries.
Chill and Serve

Chill the Sangria
Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the sangria to chill.

Serve the Sangria
When ready to serve, pour the sangria over ice in individual glasses, adding mint leaves as an optional garnish if desired.
