Gather all the ingredients needed for the Pina Colada. Make sure you have white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge for garnish, and crushed ice.

In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and crushed ice. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
