Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glass

Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill while preparing the drink.

  2. 2

    Muddle the Raspberries

In a shaker, add 1 cup of fresh raspberries. Muddle them gently to release their juices.

  3. 3

    Add Lime Juice and Gin

Pour in 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice and 2 ounces of gin into the shaker with the muddled raspberries.

  4. 4

    Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Strain the Mixture

Remove the ice from the cocktail glass. Using a strainer, pour the mixture from the shaker into the glass, leaving the raspberry solids behind.

  2. 6

    Add Soda Water

Top the drink with 1 ounce of soda water for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to combine.

  3. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish with a lime wedge and 4 fresh raspberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
