Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl.

Grate the fresh Parmesan cheese and sprinkle half of it over the chopped Romaine. Reserve the other half for garnish.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread slices into cubes.

In a mixing bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
