Method

Shrimp Preparation

  1. 1

    Sauté Garlic and Chili

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced garlic and red chili pepper. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is golden and fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  2. 2

    Cook Shrimp

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Crostini Preparation

  1. 4

    Toast Baguette Slices

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with olive oil.

  2. 5

    Bake Crostini

Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and golden.

  3. 6

    Rub with Garlic

Once baked, take the garlic clove and rub it on the toasted side of the crostini for added flavor.
