Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cavatappi pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add Vegetables
Add the tri-colored cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Then, add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

Combine Ingredients
Add the drained cavatappi pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the garlic and olive oil mixture.

Finish with Cheese
Remove the skillet from heat. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until the cheese is melted and well distributed.

Plate the Dish
Serve the cavatappi warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
