Preparing the Salad

Chop Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Grate Parmesan
Grate the fresh parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the chopped romaine lettuce.
Making Croutons

Prepare Bread
Cut the bread into small cubes to make croutons.

Season and Bake
In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Salad

Add the dressing to the bowl with romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese. Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.
