In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Milk and Cream
Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Continue to whisk until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Incorporate Cheeses
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar, Gruyere, Parmesan, and cream cheese until fully melted and smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Combine and Bake

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Fold the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce until well combined. Transfer to a greased baking dish.

Prepare the Topping
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the olive oil and dried parsley. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the mac and cheese.

Cook the Sausage
In a skillet, cook the sliced Andouille sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Evenly distribute the cooked sausage over the breadcrumb topping in the baking dish.
