Prepare the Spaghetti
Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Bolognese Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Cook the Meat
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

Add Tomatoes and Wine
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and red wine. Bring to a simmer.

Season the Sauce
Add oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine and Serve
Toss the cooked spaghetti with the Bolognese sauce. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
