Preparation
- 1
Brew the Coffee
In a large pitcher, combine the coarse ground coffee and water. Stir well and let it steep for 12-24 hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- 2
Strain the Coffee
After steeping, strain the coffee mixture through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter into another pitcher or container to remove the grounds.
- 3
Serve Chilled
Refrigerate the brewed coffee if not served immediately. Pour the chilled coffee over ice in a glass.
- 4
Add Cream and Sugar
Serve the heavy cream and sugar on the side, allowing guests to add to their taste.
