In a blender, combine the halved strawberries, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the pulp.

In the pitcher with the strawberry lemonade, add the water and vodka. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
