Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Garlic Cream Cheese

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and minced garlic. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Bread

Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil on both sides. Place the slices on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Toast the Bread

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Bruschetta

Once the bread is toasted, spread a generous layer of the garlic cream cheese on each slice. Top with slices of smoked salmon, a few capers, and a sprinkle of chives.

  5. 5

    Serve

Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
