Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the russet potatoes into large chunks. Boil in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 4

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Asparagus Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Roast the Asparagus

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the asparagus for about 10-12 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
