Method
Prepare Cocktail Base
- 1
Combine spirits and syrups
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 60 ml white rum, 15 ml orange liqueur, 15 ml peach liqueur and 15 ml raspberry syrup (or 15 ml raspberry rum if using flavored rum; if using raspberry rum you may reduce white rum to 45 ml to keep balance). Add 10 ml grenadine and 15 ml fresh lemon juice.
- 2
Shake for 10–12 seconds vigorously until the shaker is chilled and slightly frosted. This chills and lightly dilutes the mixture for balance.
Assemble & Top
- 3
Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice (if you prefer a shorter serve, use an Old Fashioned glass and reduce Sprite to 60 ml). Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.
- 4
Top with 100 ml chilled Sprite, pouring gently to preserve carbonation. Give the drink one gentle stir (1–2 rotations) to combine the soda with the spirit mix without flattening it.
- 5
Garnish & Serve
- 6
Thread 3 fresh raspberries onto a cocktail pick and rest across the rim or float them on top of the drink. Add a lemon wheel to the rim or slide it onto the glass.
- 7
Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer. Encourage the guest to stir before drinking if they prefer an even flavor throughout.
