Rim & Garnish
1. Combine Old Bay and granulated sugar on a small shallow plate and mix until evenly distributed.
2. Rub the lemon wedge around the outer rim of a chilled coupe or flute glass to moisten it.
3. Dip the moistened rim into the Old Bay-sugar mixture, pressing gently so the mixture adheres and forming an even rim. Set glass aside to dry briefly.
4. Prepare mint sprigs for garnish by gently slapping them between your palms to release aroma; set aside.

5. Muddle
In a cocktail shaker, place the fresh mint leaves and simple syrup. Gently muddle (2–3 firm presses) to release the mint oils without shredding the leaves.
6. Build & Shake
Add limoncello, elderflower liqueur and fresh lemon juice to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice (about 6 cubes). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.
7. Strain
Double-strain the mixture into the prepared glass (use a fine mesh strainer over a julep/COUPE strainer or a Hawthorne strainer) to remove mint fragments and ice shards, leaving the rim intact.
8. Top
Carefully top the cocktail with chilled sparkling wine (about 75 ml). Pour slowly down the side of the glass to preserve effervescence and avoid washing away the rim coating.
9. Finish & Serve
Garnish with the prepared mint sprig tucked lightly into the drink so the aroma rests above the glass. Serve immediately.
