- 1
Build and mix
Fill a mule mug or highball glass with cubed ice until about 3/4 full. Pour 2 oz Grey Goose La Poire over the ice, then add 0.75 oz cranberry cordial and 0.5 oz fresh lime juice.
- 2
Top and stir
Top the spirit and cordial mixture with 4 oz chilled ginger beer. Using a long bar spoon, gently stir once or twice (about 4–6 clockwise turns) to integrate the cranberry cordial without losing carbonation.
- 3
Garnish and serve
Garnish with a thin pear slice on the rim, a lime wheel or wedge, and float 2–3 fresh cranberries on top if using. Serve with a straw and a small spoon or stirrer.

Notes
If cranberry cordial is not available, substitute with 0.5 oz cranberry juice concentrate + 0.25 oz simple syrup, or 0.75 oz good-quality cranberry juice for a slightly lighter flavor. Adjust lime to taste for more acidity. For a spicier profile, use a ginger beer with a stronger ginger bite.
