Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

Gently stir the eggs with a spatula until they are just set. Remove from heat and set aside.

Brunch Potatoes

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.

  2. 4

    Season and Cook

In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

Bacon & Sausage

  1. 5

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove from the pan and let drain on paper towels.

  2. 6

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the breakfast sausage links and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Buttermilk Biscuit

  1. 7

    Prepare the Biscuit Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk until just combined.

  2. 8

    Bake the Biscuits

Lightly knead the dough on a floured surface, then roll out and cut into rounds. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450°F (230°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve the Platter

On a large platter, arrange the cooked eggs, brunch potatoes, crispy bacon, sausage links, hot buttermilk biscuits, and serve with jam and additional butter on the side.
