Cook the Eggs
Gently stir the eggs with a spatula until they are just set. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.

Season and Cook
In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cook the Sausage
In the same skillet, add the breakfast sausage links and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Buttermilk Biscuit

Prepare the Biscuit Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk until just combined.

Bake the Biscuits
Lightly knead the dough on a floured surface, then roll out and cut into rounds. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450°F (230°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden.

On a large platter, arrange the cooked eggs, brunch potatoes, crispy bacon, sausage links, hot buttermilk biscuits, and serve with jam and additional butter on the side.
