Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let them sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Eggs

  1. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet used for the steak, add butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs directly into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.

Brunch Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half. Boil in salted water until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.

  2. 5

    Season and Roast the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, toss the boiled potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.

Garlic Butter

  1. 6

    Prepare the Garlic Butter

Melt the stick of butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and a pinch of salt, stirring until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
