Burger Patties

Burger Toppings

Method

Burger Patties

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the patties on the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip them. Add a slice of American cheese on each patty and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Burger Toppings

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 4

    Caramelize the Onions

In the same skillet, add sliced onion and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and caramelized, about 10 minutes.

  3. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On a toasted burger bun, spread garlic aioli, then place the cooked patty with cheese, followed by crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and pickles.

Parmesan Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the frozen fries package instructions. Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet.

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

Drizzle olive oil over the fries and sprinkle garlic powder and salt. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 8

    Bake the Fries

Bake the fries in the oven for the recommended time, usually around 20-25 minutes, until they are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while still hot.
