Preparing the Blackened Chicken

In a small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Rub this spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assembling the Tacos

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

On each tortilla, layer shredded cabbage, slices of blackened chicken, a generous spoonful of mango pico, and drizzle with yum yum sauce. Serve immediately.
