Preparation Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 3 oz of Aperol, 4 oz of Prosecco, 1 oz of soda water, and 2 dashes of orange bitters.
Step 3: Shake
Gently shake the mixture to combine the flavors, ensuring not to overly dilute the Prosecco.
Step 4: Pour into Glass
Remove the ice from the wine glass (if desired) and pour the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.
Step 5: Add Fresh Ingredients
Garnish with 2 slices of fresh peach and add 5 mint leaves to the glass.
Step 6: Final Touch
Add an orange wheel and a peach slice on top for garnish.
