Method

Burger Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

Form the ground prime beef into a patty, season with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger Patty

In the same skillet, add the burger patty and cook over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place the brie cheese on top of the burger patty to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On a toasted burger bun, layer the bib lettuce, tomato slices, cooked burger patty with melted brie, crispy bacon, raw onion slices, house pickles, and drizzle with brasserie sauce.

  6. 6

    Serve

Close the burger with the top bun, serve immediately, and enjoy!
