Prepare the Burger Patty
Form the ground prime beef into a patty, season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Burger Patty
In the same skillet, add the burger patty and cook over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place the brie cheese on top of the burger patty to melt.

Assemble the Burger
On a toasted burger bun, layer the bib lettuce, tomato slices, cooked burger patty with melted brie, crispy bacon, raw onion slices, house pickles, and drizzle with brasserie sauce.

Serve
Close the burger with the top bun, serve immediately, and enjoy!
