Method

Salad

  1. 1

    Prepare the Caesar Salad

Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl. Add the Caesar dressing and toss well to coat the lettuce. Sprinkle with croutons, grated Parmesan cheese, and halved cherry tomatoes before serving.

Bruschetta

  1. 2

    Make the Bruschetta Topping

Dice the tomatoes and chop the fresh basil. Mince the garlic and combine these ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  2. 3

    Prepare the Ciabatta

Slice the ciabatta bread into 1-inch thick slices and toast them until golden brown. Top each slice with the prepared bruschetta mixture.

Sliders

  1. 4

    Prepare the Sliders

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into small patties that will fit the slider buns. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Place a cooked patty on each slider bun, top with a slice of cheddar cheese, lettuce, and a drizzle of ketchup.

Terza Meatballs

  1. 6

    Prepare the Meatball Mixture

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. 7

    Form and Bake the Meatballs

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.

Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo

  1. 8

    Cook the Fettuccine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 9

    Cook the Chicken

In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and slice.

  3. 10

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for a minute, then pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

  4. 11

    Combine

Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, mixing well to coat. Top with sliced chicken before serving.

Bread & Butter

  1. 12

    Prepare the Bread

Slice the ciabatta bread and serve with softened butter on the side for spreading.
