Mix the Meatball Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and egg. Add salt and black pepper.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, mix the ingredients until just combined. Form the mixture into 20 meatballs of approximately 50 grams each.

Brown the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
