Meatball Preparation

Mix the Meatball Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated pecorino cheese, chopped parsley, chopped basil, chili flakes, minced garlic, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into large meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a lined baking sheet.

Bake the Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 25-30 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden on the outside.

Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and grated parmesan cheese. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Mother Sauce Preparation

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Before serving, stir in the chopped fresh basil for added flavor.
