Prepare the Truffle Fries

Cut the Potatoes
Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into thin fries.

Season the Fries
Drizzle the hot fries with truffle oil, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss to coat evenly.
Make the Lemon Aioli

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Well
Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed and set aside.
Prepare the Walleye Fillets

Fry the Fillets
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the breaded fillets until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside on paper towels.
Assemble the Sliders

Prepare the Buns
Slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.

Build the Sliders
Spread a generous amount of lemon aioli on the bottom half of each slider bun. Place a piece of crispy walleye on top, followed by a handful of chiffonade romaine. Top with the other half of the bun.
