Old Fashioned

Prepare the Glass
Place a sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass. Add bitters and a few drops of plain water to the sugar cube.

Add Whiskey
Add 2 oz of bourbon or rye whiskey to the glass.

Add Ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently to combine.

Garnish
Twist an orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
Aperol Spritz

Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.

Combine Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol, 3 oz of Prosecco, and 1 oz of soda water over the ice.

Garnish
Add an orange slice for garnish and stir gently.
House Margarita

Prepare the Glass
Rub the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip it into salt to coat the rim.

Combine Ingredients
In a shaker, combine 2 oz tequila, 1 oz triple sec, and 1 oz fresh lime juice.

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge.
