Salad Preparation

Prepare the Salad
Chop the Romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Add Caesar dressing, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
Bruschetta Preparation

Make the Bruschetta
Dice the tomatoes and chop the basil leaves. Mince the garlic. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt to taste. Mix well.

Prepare the Bread
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Toast in the oven until golden brown. Top with the tomato mixture before serving.
Main Course Preparation

For Lasagna
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella on top. Bake for 45 minutes.

For Spaghetti and Meatballs
Form the ground beef into meatballs and bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) until cooked through. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Heat marinara sauce and combine with cooked spaghetti and meatballs.

Slice the ciabatta loaf and spread butter on each slice. Toast in the oven until golden and crispy.
