Chop the Romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Add Caesar dressing, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.

Bruschetta Preparation

  1. 2

    Make the Bruschetta

Dice the tomatoes and chop the basil leaves. Mince the garlic. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt to taste. Mix well.

  2. 3

    Prepare the Bread

Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Toast in the oven until golden brown. Top with the tomato mixture before serving.

Main Course Preparation

  1. 4

    For Lasagna

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella on top. Bake for 45 minutes.

  2. 5

    For Spaghetti and Meatballs

Form the ground beef into meatballs and bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) until cooked through. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Heat marinara sauce and combine with cooked spaghetti and meatballs.

    Prepare Mixed Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mixed vegetables, season with salt, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Bread Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare Ciabatta Bread

Slice the ciabatta loaf and spread butter on each slice. Toast in the oven until golden and crispy.
