Crostini Preparation

Preheat and Slice
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices on a diagonal.

Brush with Olive Oil
Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.

Toast the Bread
Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Crisp the Prosciutto
While the bread is toasting, place the prosciutto slices on another baking sheet and roast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Remove and let cool.

Assemble the Crostini
Once the bread is toasted, spread a generous portion of burrata cheese on each slice.

Top the burrata with pickled peaches and pickled onions, then add a piece of crispy prosciutto on top.
