Method

Crostini Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat and Slice

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices on a diagonal.

  2. 2

    Brush with Olive Oil

Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.

  3. 3

    Toast the Bread

Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Topping Assembly

  1. 4

    Crisp the Prosciutto

While the bread is toasting, place the prosciutto slices on another baking sheet and roast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Remove and let cool.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Crostini

Once the bread is toasted, spread a generous portion of burrata cheese on each slice.

  3. 6

    Add Toppings

Top the burrata with pickled peaches and pickled onions, then add a piece of crispy prosciutto on top.

  4. 7

    Drizzle and Garnish

Drizzle Mike's Hot Honey over each crostini and finish with a chiffonade of fresh basil.
