Bread Preparation

Prepare the Ciabatta Rolls
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and mixed dried herbs together. Cut the ciabatta rolls in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet.

Crust the Rolls
Sprinkle the Parmesan and herb mixture generously over the cut sides of the ciabatta rolls. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are crispy.

Prepare the Turkey Filling
While the ciabatta rolls are baking, layer the oven-roasted turkey breast slices on the bottom half of each ciabatta roll after removing them from the oven.

Make Sun-Dried Tomato Mayo
In a small bowl, combine the chopped sun-dried tomatoes with the mayonnaise. Mix well until the tomatoes are evenly distributed throughout the mayo.

Make Basil Aioli
In another small bowl, mix together the chopped fresh basil and minced garlic with a spoonful of mayonnaise. Adjust to taste with more mayo if needed.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread a generous layer of sun-dried tomato mayo on the turkey. Layer with slices of vine-ripened tomato, fresh mozzarella, and red onion. Top with a drizzle of basil aioli before placing the top half of the ciabatta roll.
