Base Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Batter

  1. 1

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

  2. 2

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until the mixture is smooth.

  3. 3

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing; a few lumps are okay.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Preheat the Pan

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

  2. 5

    Cook the Batter

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the preheated skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

  3. 6

    Repeat

Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Pancakes

Stack the pancakes on a plate.

  2. 8

    Add Toppings

Top with fresh berries, a dusting of powdered sugar, and a generous dollop of whipped cream.

  3. 9

    Enjoy

Serve warm and enjoy your delicious pancakes!
