Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic cloves, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Steak

Place the T-bone steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure both sides are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F to 500°F).

Cooking the Steak

  1. 4

    Grill the Steaks

Remove the steaks from the marinade and let the excess drip off. Place them on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time for your desired doneness.

  2. 5

    Rest the Steaks

Once the steaks are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute.

Optional Sides Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Asparagus

While the steaks are resting, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them for about 5 minutes until tender.

  2. 7

    Cook the Potatoes

Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and toss with butter and chopped parsley.
