Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with Chef Nicole's® signature spice. Mix until evenly distributed, then divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape into patties, each weighing about 1/2 lb.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger Patty

In the same skillet, cook the burger patties on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Jack cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 4

    Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.

  2. 5

    Add the Toppings

On the bottom half of each bun, layer the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, followed by 2 slices of crispy bacon, a tablespoon of chipotle ranch sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle chips. Drizzle additional BBQ sauce on top before placing the top half of the bun.

Preparing the Sides

  1. 6

    Homemade Potato Chips

Slice potatoes thinly and fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp. Season with salt to taste and set aside.

  2. 7

    Country Fries

Fry or bake country fries according to package instructions or your preferred method until crispy and golden. Serve alongside the burger.
