Chicken Marinade

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine the Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt. Mix well.

Marinate the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Add the chicken to the marinade and mix until fully coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Breading
In a large zip-top bag, crush the corn flakes into fine crumbs. Combine with panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Shake to mix well.

Coat the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Add the chicken pieces to the bag with the breading mixture. Shake until all chicken pieces are well coated.
Cooking and Sauce

Cook the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the coated chicken pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the Honey Scallion Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, chopped scallions, and sesame oil until well combined.
Serving

Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the oven and drizzle with the honey scallion sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
