Marinating the Chicken

Marinate Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling the Chicken

Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade.

Grill Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Melt Cheese
In the last minute of grilling, place a slice of Jack cheese on each chicken breast and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

Rest Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Assembling the Sandwich

Prepare Rolls
Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

Add Mayonnaise
Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on each half of the toasted ciabatta rolls.

Add Lettuce
Place 2 lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each roll.

Add Tomato
Slice the tomato and layer it on top of the lettuce.

Add Chicken
Place the grilled chicken with melted Jack cheese on top of the tomato slices.

Add Parmesan & Herbs
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and dried herbs on top of the chicken.

Complete Sandwich
Top with the other half of the ciabatta roll to complete the sandwich. Serve immediately.
