Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Form the mixture into a 1/2 inch thick patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top to melt.

Burger Assembly

  1. 3

    Assemble the Burger

On a clean plate, place the cooked burger patty on a bun (if using). Top it with a leaf of lettuce, a slice of tomato, onion rings, and pickle chips.

Country Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into thin wedges. Place them in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

  2. 5

    Cook the Country Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
