Buffalo Chicken

Method

Buffalo Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a baking dish.

  2. 2

    Season the Chicken

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Brush the mixture over the chicken breasts evenly.

  3. 3

    Bake the Chicken

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  4. 4

    Coat with Buffalo Sauce

Remove the chicken from the oven and pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Shred the Chicken

Once done, take it out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Then shred the chicken using two forks.

Bleu Cheese Dressing

  1. 6

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled bleu cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 7

    Mix Well

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well-blended. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

  3. 8

    Chill

Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Crisp Veggies

  1. 9

    Prepare the Veggies

Wash and cut the celery and carrots into sticks. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

  2. 10

    Serve

Arrange the prepared veggie sticks on a platter for serving alongside the buffalo chicken and bleu cheese dressing.
