Preparation of the Haddock

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Baking Dish
Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a little butter.

Season the Haddock
Place the haddock fillets in the baking dish. Drizzle lemon juice, white wine, salt, and black pepper over the fillets. Ensure the fish is evenly coated.

Make the Garlic Butter
In a small pan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture over the seasoned haddock fillets.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.

In a pot, bring an inch of water to a boil, place the broccoli florets in a steamer basket, cover, and steam for 4-5 minutes, or until bright green and tender-crisp.
