Preparing Chicken Filling

Marinating the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken thighs and coat them well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and coat with cornstarch. Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool before slicing into strips.

Prepping the Sweet Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin fries.

Seasoning and Baking
In a bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
