Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Malfy Lemon Gin, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz of simple syrup.

Shake Well
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice, leaving some space at the top.

Top with Club Soda
Pour 3 oz of club soda over the mixture in the glass.

Add Lemon Zest
Sprinkle 1 tsp of lemon zest over the drink to enhance the citrus aroma.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.
