Method

Good Food Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic cloves, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

Place the boneless chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

  4. 4

    Prepare the Salad

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the salad. In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. Toss gently to combine.

  5. 5

    Serve the Dish

Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve sliced chicken over the salad.

Good Drink Directions

  1. 6

    Prepare the Drink

In a large glass or pitcher, combine lemonade, fresh mint leaves, and sparkling water. Stir gently to mix.

  2. 7

    Add Ice

Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the prepared lemonade mixture over the ice.

  3. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish with additional mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately to enjoy a refreshing drink.
