Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Cook the Fettuccine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve
In a large bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce, tossing until the pasta is well coated. Serve the pasta on plates, topped with sliced grilled chicken, and garnish with chopped parsley.
