Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Generously season the Wagyu Hanging Tenderloin with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Add the seasoned steak to the hot skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked, transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

Eggs Preparation

  1. 5

    Heat the Butter

In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. 6

    Crack the Eggs

Crack the eggs into the skillet. Cook them to your desired style (scrambled, fried, etc.).

  3. 7

    Season the Eggs

Once cooked, season the eggs with salt and black pepper to taste.

Toast Preparation

  1. 8

    Toast the Bread

While the steak and eggs are cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

  2. 9

    Butter the Toast

Spread butter on the toasted slices while they are hot.

Assembly

  1. 10

    Plate the Dish

On a plate, slice the rested steak and arrange it alongside the eggs and buttered toast.

  2. 11

    Serve

Enjoy your delicious steak and eggs breakfast!
