For the Mozzarella Sticks
- 1
Prep the Cheese
Freeze the mozzarella sticks for at least 30 minutes to make them easier to bread.
- 2

Prepare three shallow dishes: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 3
Bread the Cheese
Dip each frozen mozzarella stick first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well-coated. Set aside on a plate.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a deep pan or fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 5
Fry the Sticks
Carefully add the breaded mozzarella sticks to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
For the Marinara Sauce
- 6
Sauté Garlic
In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

- 8
Simmer
Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 9
Serve
Serve the fried mozzarella sticks hot with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
