Prepare Ingredients
- 1
- 2
If using fresh passion fruit, scoop out pulp and seeds. If using store-bought puree, stir to combine.
Build the Cocktail
- 3
Fill a Collins or highball glass with ice (about 1 cup).
- 4
In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine Everleaf Forest (1 tablespoon), fresh orange juice (2 oz), passion fruit puree (1 oz), fresh lime juice (1/2 oz), and honey syrup (1/2 tsp). Add a small handful of ice to the shaker.
- 5
Shake vigorously for 8β10 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.
- 6
- 7
Top gently with ginger ale (about 4 oz). Pour slowly to preserve carbonation and allow a light effervescence to lift the aromatics of the Everleaf Forest and citrus.
- 8
Stir once gently with a bar spoon to integrate the ginger ale without flattening it.
Garnish & Serve
- 9
Float an orange wheel on the surface or place it on the rim.
- 10
Optional: add half a passion fruit (pulp side up) on a cocktail pick or rest in the glass for aroma and visual effect.
- 11
Optional: add a thin slice of candied ginger on the rim for a spicy-sweet accent.
- 12
Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer. Advise your guest to stir gently before sipping to lift any settled pulp, then enjoy.
