Prepare the Tempeh
In a skillet over medium heat, add the smoked tempeh and diced green chili. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Cook the Chorizo
In another skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Cook the Burger Patties
Cook the gluten-free burger patties according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Assemble the Burgers
On each gluten-free burger bun, layer the cooked patty, followed by the smoked tempeh and green chili mixture, cooked chorizo, sliced tomato, shredded lettuce, and pickles.

Add Dressing
Drizzle chipotle ranch dressing over the top of each assembled burger.

Serve
Top with the other half of the bun, and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
