Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean the Mushrooms

Thoroughly clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth or brush to remove any dirt. Trim the stems if necessary, then slice them into even pieces.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Garlic

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

  3. 3

    Chop the Parsley

Rinse the parsley under cold water, shake off the excess, then chop it finely.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes or until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.

  2. 5

    Add the Mushrooms

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Stir well to coat them in the garlic and olive oil. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and have released their juices.

  3. 6

    Deglaze with White Wine

Pour the white wine into the skillet, scraping the bottom to deglaze. Let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes, allowing the alcohol to cook off and the flavors to meld.

  4. 7

    Season and Garnish

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley just before serving for a fresh touch.
